    We guarantee that the food and water expiration dates will have a minimum of four years of shelf life or more when you receive your package. We are up front about this so you are aware that all companies give you less than five year shelf life on the food and water. The reason is that the shelf life begins from the date of manufacture, then it then gets packaged and waits on a shelf for purchase from a retailer, then it is shipped to them and then it sets on the shelf again until sold and possibly shipped once again.
