Shipping Policy
We strive to stock all items in our inventory, but due to the high volatility of today's market and demand, you will be notified of any items that are not in stock for shipment; this may be due to either back-ordered or discontinued items. Normal processing time is within 48 hours. Delivery via UPS is generally 1-6 business days depending on your delivery address. Transit times may be calculated by visiting www.UPS.com and entering an originating zip code of 92707.
Regular shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the dimensions of the shipment.
A street address is required for us to ship via UPS. For Post Office Boxes and military bases we must ship via U.S.P.S. and an additional shipping charge may be required. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery of all U.S.P.S. shipments, which include but are not limited to HI, AK, Canada, PR, APO's, FPO's and P.O. boxes.
NOTE: On overweight or oversized items, an additional Heavy Weight Surcharge may have to be added to the shipping price.
International Orders
We ship to the USA and Canada. We are not accepting international orders outside North America at this time.
Non-Delivered Orders
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/or pay the shipping cost to re-ship the order.
Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. For freight truck deliveries, ask the driver for an "exception number" prior to his departure. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.
Backorders and Substitutions
We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be out of an item. If an item in a food unit is out of stock, we will substitute with another item of equal or greater value. Back-orders will be shipped within the time noted on your invoice.
What happens if an item is missing from an order?
If an item is missing from an order, you will need to let us know within 7 days of the order delivery. We will ship out the missing item directly to you for no additional charge. This obviously costs us money to do so we are very careful to not make these types of mistakes and therefore it is a very rare circumstance.
What happens if an item is damaged or non-functional?
If your item is not working properly, we will ship out the new item directly to you. You will just need to fill out a form letting us know exactly what the problem is. You will need to email this form to us at support@aplussurvival.com. All claims must be turned in within 30 days of the order.
If an item has been damaged through shipping, you will need to contact the shipper and let them know of the problem. Shipping insurance is available through the order screen. The insurance for the first $100.00 of value is free. If using USPS, insurance must be purchased on all packages for the value of the package. USPS does not offer free insurance.
Production Lead Times
A lead time may be required for large orders of kits and products. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the products.
Return Policy
We at A Plus Survival make it our goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund, replacement or credit, so long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 7 days as well. If any item is defective, A Plus Survival will replace the item and pay for the return shipping.
Our return procedure is easy and hassle-free. There is no need to call - just mail it back along with a copy of your postage receipt, a copy of the invoice, and the unwanted item. For your protection, please insure the package. If the return is because we made a mistake, we will reimburse your surface shipping costs. Please use USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground ONLY when returning products. Express Services (such as 3 Day or FedEx 2 Day) will NOT be refunded. We do not reimburse for special handling or charges incurred by using other mail facilities such as Mail Box Etc. If your replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. (Note: Food, water items, gas masks, disaster preparedness kits, books and videos are non-returnable.)
If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100.00. If the customer wants insurance over $100.00, insurance must be paid for in advance. If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law; therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
On orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise, the shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Descriptive, typographical, pricing, photography or omission errors may occur in our catalogs and/or the website. A Plus Survival reserves the right to correct these errors or withdraw the offer. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. It may be necessary for us to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value that may vary somewhat from our catalog description.
Restricted Items
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check with local authorities on the purchase of pepper spray, stun-guns, knives, swords, and machetes as well as any other hazardous articles offered for sale. Buyer is to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws regarding possession and use of these items. By placing an order, buyer represents that they are of legal age and will use items only in a legal and lawful way.
We are forbidden by law to export any of the following items: Gas masks, gas mask filters, chemical suits, handcuffs, pepper spray, stun-guns, night vision equipment, or fuels (solid or liquid).
Federal Trade Commission Warnings
The FTC Act requires that health and safety-related claims, such as claims that a gas mask, respirator or protective clothing can protect against contaminants, including NBC (nuclear, biological, and chemical) contaminants, must be supported by competent and reliable scientific evidence. A Plus Survival makes no claims as to the effectiveness of any of the gas masks, respirators, or protective clothing it sells.
The Law
Laws regarding the sale of certain items in this catalog may vary from state to state. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and to adhere to your local and state laws. The person placing an order from this catalog assures that he or she is a legal adult and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such a person from ordering, owning, or possessing these items under state, federal, or local laws.
A Plus Survival will not be held responsible for any injury resulting in misuse or use of any and all items sold. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there are no food allergies to any of the emergency food products. In a disaster or emergency situation, A Plus Survival will not be held responsible for any injury or death as a result of uncontrollable circumstances.
Children
Children are not eligible to purchase or distribute A Plus Survival products or use their services. Minors must have a parent or adult sign and assume responsibility for the ordering and distribution of products. All Affiliates and Distributors must be 18 years old or older.

Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold A Plus Survival harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, and obligations including reasonable attorney fees for injuries and/or death of any person and loss of or damages to property by whosoever owned products sold from direct or indirect purchases. This is in exception to claims, demands, liabilities, or obligations resulting directly from sole negligence of A Plus Survival.

In the unlikely chance that you should find the same item in stock and selling for less in any other catalog or on any other website, bring it to our attention and we will beat the price on most items, even up to 7 days after your purchase!
Many of our competitors sell 2nd run, used, or expired products for a lower price. We do not sell any of these products, and therefore, would not price match any of these items.
We try very hard to keep the current years' model in stock. Many competitors buy closeouts or previous year's models. Contact us with any questions about this.
Taxes
All California residents are charged 8.75% sales tax on all non-food items. If an order is placed out of state or in a different region of California, the Buyer will be responsible to pay Use Tax according to the state or county law where the buyer resides.
